  • Warm Yoga Flow - Thursdays - 1-2pm
  • Warm Revitalize - Fridays - 6-7:15pm
  • Akhanda - Sundays - 9-10:15am
 

Jane Marshall was trained in Akhanda Yoga at Prana Yoga Studio in 2015. She believes in its holistic approach, and has been practicing at Prana since 2007.

 
Akhanda Yoga® is the approach designed by Himalayan Master Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD) and offers a holistic toolkit to bring forward ancient wisdom for a modern age. Akhanda Yoga emphasizes a balanced class including a full repertoire of yoga techniques sequenced systematically yet artfully to align the physical, energetic, mental/emotional and intuitive self.

SPECIALTY CLASSES and WORKSHOPS

I teach special sessions, including:

  • Teacher yoga (to help staff decompress before the weekend!), at Brightview School (since 2015)
  • Private meditation to help students engage in regular mindfulness practice
  • Yoga and meditation workshops for companies, schools, small groups, and individuals
